Key Responsibilities Conduct timely and effective customer and business-location assessments. Visit customer business premises and verify their physical existence and business activity. Collect required information using the company's assessment checklist. Complete and submit clear and accurate assessment reports within the required time. Communicate professionally with customers during assessment visits. Coordinate with the Operations / Retention team as needed. Maintain confidentiality of customer information. Requirements Diploma or Degree in any field, preferably Business, Marketing, or a related field. Good communication skills in Amharic and basic English. Ability to travel around Addis Ababa for field visits. Honest, punctual, and detail-oriented. Previous experience in customer service, field work, or data collection is an advantage.
