Nyala Motors is currently hiring professionals for passenger vehicle sales positions in Addis Ababa. 1. Sales Representative – Passenger Vehicles Job Summary The Sales Representative will be responsible for planning and executing passenger vehicle sales activities, achieving assigned sales targets, developing customer relationships, and supporting market expansion. The position also involves preparing sales forecasts and reports, maintaining CRM records, negotiating sales terms, and ensuring a smooth vehicle delivery process. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute sales activities for passenger vehicles. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to market expansion. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders. Support, coach, and guide junior sales staff. Prepare sales plans, forecasts, and performance reports. Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures. Negotiate sales terms and finalize sales agreements. Coordinate to ensure a seamless vehicle delivery experience. Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system. Track customer interactions and follow-ups. Stay updated on competitor offerings, local infrastructure developments, and policy changes. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications and Experience Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 3–5 years of relevant sales experience. Experience in automotive sales is preferred. Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell passenger vehicles in accordance with company sales policies. Provide accurate product information and professional assistance to customers. Identify potential customers and follow up on sales leads. Prepare and submit periodic sales reports. Maintain strong customer relationships. Support after-sales activities. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications and Experience Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Previous sales experience is an advantage. Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer application skills. Ability to work under pressure.
