Vacancy Announcement Position Title: Category Manager - Commerce Locations: Head Office Application Closing Date: August 27, 2026 Job Purpose Ensure effective and efficient sourcing of Commercial materials/CAPEX & Business Services of the right quality, quantity, service at optimal cost required for Short- and mid-term uninterrupted production, storage & delivery of our products Sustaining the OpCo’s long term growth ambition through strategic partnerships Key Responsibilities Manage the Procurement C&BS category team Define and update the Directs Category Strategy and drive its delivery Build, manage and develop your team of buyers in the execution of the category strategy and continuous professionalization of the procurement function Monitor & drive category performance through Supplier and Performance management Business Partner with heads of functions and -1 and participate as active member of the Global Category community Sourcing & Contracting Setup and execute a sourcing plan to secure and develop supply at competitive cost Decide on supplier allocation to warrant security of supply and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, People, Corp. Affairs, Finance as primary stakeholders Select suppliers compliant to HEINEKEN’s Supplier Code and assesses the supplier risk profile Ensure compliant execution of Source to Contract through procurement tooling (Zycus) in line with the HEINEKEN Standards & Local Policies to warrant transparency in all business deals Drive savings through tenders, structured negotiations and optimizing material specifications Ensure the creation of Legal contracts compliant to the HEINEKEN Standards in cooperation with Legal Affairs Ensure administration, archiving and timely renewal of Legal contracts (Zycus) Collaborate with Proc Dev. & Ops to enable compliant ordering against agreements Support in carrying out audits of its suppliers in line with the HEINEKEN Policy Collaborate with Finance to create and manage the budget and ensure payment schemes are in line with our cash policy Supplier Management & Performance Management Collaborate with Contract Management to shape and execute a Supplier Relationship Plan based on a segmentation using business and procurement priorities Capture performance requirements in Legal agreements in order to monitor, evaluate and report supplier performance Anticipate and detect supply risks that may interrupt delivery and proactively mitigate these through supply alternatives and advising solutions Support stakeholders in case of escalations or claims involving suppliers Identify and initiate supplier (local) development opportunities (Vizibl) Purchase to Pay Manage and continuously improve a compliant Purchase to Pay process Collaborate e-t-e with Finance to allocate FX and local funds in line with business priorities Experience Job Requirements 5 – 8 years’ experience in the supply side of Procurement with a preference of the manufacturing industry Education Industrial Engineering/ Business Administration/ Economics Degree or equivalent. #addjob
