What You'll Do

Supplier & Warehouse Coordination: Communicate with suppliers, warehouses, and shipping partners to resolve issues and keep operations on track.
Inventory Monitoring: Keep product availability up to date and flag low-stock or backorder situations.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve fulfillment errors, shipping delays, or product discrepancies quickly and effectively.
Reporting: Generate regular updates on fulfillment status, shipping performance, and inventory trends.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline logistics workflows and improve efficiency.
What We're Looking For
At least 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain, order fulfillment, or e-commerce operations.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with both internal teams and external partners.
Proficiency in spreadsheets, order management systems, or inventory tracking tools.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail in a remote work environment.
