The company is seeking a customer-focused and energetic Sales Person to promote its products, identify customer needs, develop customer relationships, and work toward assigned sales targets. Position: Sales Person Location: Addis Ababa Qualifications and Requirements Applicants should meet the following requirements: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or a related field.0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related position.Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales potential are encouraged to apply.Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Strong customer-service orientation.Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales.Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.Honest, responsible, and professional.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.Basic computer skills are an advantage. Key Responsibilities The Sales Person will be responsible for: Promoting and selling company products to customers.Identifying new customers and business opportunities.Welcoming customers and providing professional assistance.Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.Explaining product features, prices, promotions, and benefits to customers.Working toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.Following up with potential customers and converting leads into sales.Maintaining positive relationships with existing customers.Handling customer questions and complaints professionally.Keeping the sales area clean, organized, and attractive.
