Monthly Stipend: 13,000 Birr (net)

🎓 Strong Priority Profile
Whiz Kids Workshop gives priority to candidates with:
Degree in Teaching, Education, Social Work, Early Childhood Education/Development, or related fieldsCumulative GPA of 3.5/4.0 or higherExcellent written communication in Amharic and EnglishFunctional Amharic typing and editing skills (tested early in selection)Strong interest in supporting caregivers and families with young childrenWillingness to participate in supervised family/community support activitiesOpenness to testing Tsehai tools, trainings, and products with real users

Reviewing real learner evidence (video, audio, written) against clear standardsDistinguishing observable facts from assumptionsIdentifying strengths and priority coaching actionsChoosing correct next steps, escalation routes, and responsible ownersTyping, editing, and sending clear Amharic coaching responsesCommunicating professionally with learners, caregivers, and familiesParticipating in supervised support activitiesTesting Tsehai trainings, tools, and productsMaintaining quality and trust under workload pressureUsing feedback to improve judgment quicklyGradually earning greater authority based on performance
