Outdoor Sales Officer

Educational Qualification Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience Relevant field sales experience. Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, steel, or construction materials is an advantage. No minimum years of experience specified. Key Responsibilities Identify potential customers, contractors, and business clients. Conduct field visits to promote products and generate sales. Develop new markets and monitor competitor activities. Build and maintain customer relationships. Negotiate sales terms within approved company policies. Follow up on orders, deliveries, payments, and customer complaints. Prepare sales forecasts, field visit plans, and performance reports. Work toward assigned sales and customer acquisition targets. Required Skills Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills. Customer relationship management and market development abilities. Sales reporting and basic computer literacy. Initiative, planning, and target-oriented performance. Willingness to travel for customer visits.
