Akufada Micro Finance Institution S.C. is a microfinance institution established to provide financial and non-financial services to underserved and middle-income communities through affordable loans, savings, and micro-insurance services. The institution is inviting applications from eligible 2025 and 2026 graduates for its Graduate Trainee position. Graduate Trainee Number of Positions: 23 Salary: Based on the institution’s salary scale Work Locations: Multiple locations across Ethiopia Education Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, or a related field.
