The organization is looking for candidates with a willingness to learn, good numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a professional healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities The Junior Accountant will assist with: Recording and posting daily financial transactions. Preparing and organizing invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other accounting documents. Accounts payable and accounts receivable activities. Cash and bank reconciliation. Maintaining accurate accounting records and files. Preparing periodic financial reports. Data entry and financial documentation. Tax and other statutory accounting activities as assigned. Using accounting software and Microsoft Excel for financial data processing. Maintaining the confidentiality and accuracy of financial information. Performing other accounting duties assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications and Requirements Applicants should have: A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 0–2 years of relevant experience. Basic understanding of accounting principles. Basic computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word. Knowledge of accounting software is an advantage. Strong numerical and analytical ability. High attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team. Fast-learning ability and willingness to learn and develop professionally. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. High level of integrity, responsibility, and confidentiality.
