The company is located in Nifas Silk Lafto, behind Kadisco Building, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Available Job Positions 1. Junior Electrician Location: Addis Ababa Education and Experience Diploma/Level IV or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Installation. 0–2 years of relevant work experience. Basic knowledge of electrical systems and industrial equipment. Knowledge of electrical safety procedures. Ability to read basic electrical drawings is an advantage. Manufacturing or industrial experience is an advantage. Required Skills Basic electrical troubleshooting skills. Good teamwork and communication skills. Willingness to learn and develop technical skills. Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures. Ability to work under supervision in a manufacturing environment. Salary: Negotiable 2. Quality Inspector Location: Addis Ababa Education B.Sc. or B.A. in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Experience and Knowledge Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in quality control. Experience in the flexible packaging industry is preferred. Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and Quality Management Systems (QMS). Salary: Negotiable 3. Quality Assurance Manager Location: Addis Ababa Education Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field. Experience Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience. Experience in the flexible packaging industry is preferred. At least 2–3 years of supervisory or managerial experience. Required Knowledge and Skills Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and Quality Management Systems. Experience in internal auditing. Good analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Leadership and team management skills. Problem-solving and root-cause analysis. Data analysis and reporting. Additional Advantage ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is an advantage.
