HR Executive
to join our international People Team.

The Role
The HR Executive will support the full employee lifecycle across Kagool's global operations. Working closely with HR leadership and business managers, you will ensure HR processes are delivered professionally, efficiently and compliantly across multiple jurisdictions.
This role requires someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing HR administration, employee relations, recruitment coordination, payroll support and international HR processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations
Manage day-to-day HR administration across global offices.
Prepare employment contracts, offer letters and onboarding documentation.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities.
Maintain accurate HR records and employee files.
Administer probation reviews, performance review cycles and HR documentation.
Support employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing programmes.
Handle HR queries from employees and managers.
Recruitment & Talent
Coordinate recruitment activities across multiple countries.
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
Liaise with hiring managers throughout recruitment.
Support offer management and onboarding.
Maintain recruitment trackers and HR reporting.
Payroll & Benefits
Prepare monthly payroll inputs for payroll providers.
Coordinate employee benefits administration.
Manage leave records and attendance.
Support pension and benefits administration where applicable.
Assist with payroll reconciliations.
International HR Support
Support employees across multiple international locations.
Coordinate with external HR, legal and payroll providers.
Assist with immigration and visa administration where required.
Ensure HR documentation complies with local employment legislation.
Support contractor onboarding and management.
Compliance & HR Administration
Ensure employee records remain compliant and up to date.
Support HR audits and compliance reporting.
Assist with policy development and implementation.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
Produce regular HR metrics and management reports.
Essential Experience
Minimum
3 years' experience
in an HR Executive, HR Officer or HR Generalist role.
Experience supporting the full employee lifecycle.
Experience working with HRIS systems.
Experience supporting payroll processes.
Recruitment and onboarding experience.
Strong knowledge of HR administration and employment documentation.
Experience working in a professional services or technology organisation is advantageous.
Experience supporting international employees would be highly desirable.
