Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Consultant located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and fostering relationships with potential clients, managing sales pipelines, conducting property showings, and negotiating sales agreements. Qualifications . 1+ years of proven experience in real estate sales, . Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. . Excellent knowledge of real estate sales processes, market trends, and customer needs. . Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and closing skills. . Ability to generate and manage leads through digital platforms, referrals, networking, and other channels. . Strong customer relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. . Ability to conduct property presentations, site visits, and client consultations professionally. . Excellent objection-handling and problem-solving skills. . Strong follow-up and organizational skills, with good attention to detail.
