Senior HR

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or a related field. Work Experience Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in human resource management. At least 1 year of experience at a senior HR level. Required Skills Strong knowledge of human resource management and administration. Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Understanding of Ethiopian labour laws and employment regulations. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and accurate employee record management. Key Responsibilities Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives. Coordinate recruitment, candidate screening, selection, and employee onboarding. Maintain accurate employee records, including recruitment, termination, promotion, and transfer information. Prepare monthly workforce change reports. Ensure HR procedures comply with Ethiopian labour laws and organizational policies. Prepare employment letters, job descriptions, and HR policy documents for new employees. Ensure new employees are registered in the attendance system on their first working day. Review employment contracts and recommend renewals or terminations before expiration. Maintain employee annual leave records and prepare monthly reports.
