Work location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Main responsibilities:
1. Establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with local banks, financial institutions and leasing companies.
2. Design, negotiate and implement competitive customer financing and leasing product solutions.
3. Conduct comprehensive credit risk assessment and due diligence on potential customers.
4. Review and approve financing applications within the scope of authorization.
5. Work closely with the sales team to provide financing solutions to promote revenue growth.
6. Monitor the performance of the financing portfolio and be responsible for the management of overdue accounts receivable.
Qualifications and requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in financing-related work in the banking, leasing company, or equipment manufacturing industry in East Africa.
3. He has a good track record and network in the Tanzanian local financial field.
4. Proficient in credit risk management and financial analysis.
5. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
6. It is necessary to master English fluently.

4.精通信用风险管理与财务分析。
5.出色的谈判、沟通与表达能力。
6.必须流利掌握英语。
