Room Attendant Job Vacancy 2026 – Hilton Addis Ababa Hilton Addis Ababa is inviting applications for a Room Attendant position in Addis Ababa. The role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of assigned guest rooms and suites while following housekeeping and brand standards. Job Summary Position: Room Attendant Company: Hilton Addis Ababa Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia Employment Type: Full Time Career Level: Junior Level Number of Positions: 1 Work Experience: 1–3 years Application Deadline: October 6, 2026 Key Responsibilities Guest Room Cleaning Clean assigned guest rooms and suites according to housekeeping and brand standards. Clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Dust and clean furniture, glass tables, sofas, window glass, ledges, vanity counters, and sinks. Clean shower rooms, toilet bowls and rims, bidets, bathtubs, and shower walls. Clean mirrors, balconies, ashtrays, and waste bins. Arrange guest clothing, toiletries, electrical equipment, slippers, and other room items as required. Strip dirty bed linen and towels and remove used amenities from guest rooms and suites. Do not use guestroom linen or towels for cleaning rooms and toilets. Room Supplies and Housekeeping Support Check the housekeeping cart and replenish supplies as needed. Replenish linen and guest amenities. Maintain clean balconies. Record daily activities on the progress chart. Run the daily room status report. Guest Service Greet guests promptly with a friendly and sincere acknowledgement, smile, and eye contact. Respond to guest special requests, including requests for additional amenities or service-time arrangements. Qualifications and Experience Relevant Certificate in Housekeeping or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Room Attendant or in a related area. Very active and flexible. Very good English language skills. Good working energy and morale.
