Regional Director

Vacancy Number: HO-EXT/00024/26 Location: Bahir Dar Town, North West Region The Regional Director will lead regional banking operations, oversee branch performance, support business development, and strengthen operational efficiency across the assigned region. Key Responsibilities Lead regional branch planning, performance monitoring, and reporting. Oversee branch opening activities, credit processing, property evaluation, and area office support services. Identify customer needs through branch feedback and coordinate with the Deputy Chief Regional Operation Office and product development team to support suitable banking products. Assess regional performance challenges and recommend strategies for business growth. Identify, develop, deploy, and retain staff through effective talent management. Support the achievement of regional business and operational objectives. Educational Qualifications BA Degree in Management or a related field. Work Experience At least 12 years of banking experience. A minimum of 5 years in a senior Branch Manager position. Additional Requirements Mandatory training and courses in banking operations, including domestic banking, credit, and international banking operations. Mandatory leadership training and courses.
