Role Description The Sales Expert is a full-time, on-site role based in Adigrat, responsible for driving sales performance and delivering outstanding customer service. On a day-to-day basis, the Sales Expert welcomes and assists customers, identifies needs, presents suitable products or services, and closes sales while adhering to company guidelines. The role involves managing product displays, maintaining a clean and organized sales area, processing transactions accurately, and handling customer inquiries or concerns professionally. The Sales Expert will track personal and store sales targets, prepare basic sales reports, and collaborate with colleagues to improve customer experience and store performance. This position also supports promotional activities, provides feedback on customer preferences, and helps implement sales strategies set by management. Qualifications Strong Sales and Retail Sales skills, with the ability to meet targets and convert inquiries into purchases. Customer Service and Customer Experience skills, focused on building trust, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction. Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal communication and active listening in a customer-facing environment. Basic numeracy and computer skills for handling transactions, inventory checks, and simple reporting. Previous experience in retail, sales, or a customer-facing role is highly beneficial. Proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities. Ability to work on-site in Adigrat, including weekends or extended hours as needed. High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or business is an advantage.
