Job Summary
The ideal candidate will develop and implement effective marketing strategies that enhance our brand awareness and drive customer engagement and loyalty. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote our products/services, formulate innovative campaigns, and analyses market trends to maximize our competitive edge.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the firm’s marketing and business development strategy
Lead brand positioning, market visibility, and client engagement initiatives
Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
Coordinate proposal preparation, tender submissions, and client presentations
Manage digital marketing platforms, website content, and social media presence
Organize seminars, workshops, networking events, and promotional campaigns
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Support service promotion for audit, tax, advisory, and consulting services
Prepare marketing reports and track business development KPIs
Strengthen client relationship management and retention initiatives
About You
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Management, or related field
Master’s Degree is an added advantage
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in marketing, business development, or corporate communications
Experience in professional service firms is highly desirable
Strong understanding of branding, proposal development, and digital marketing
Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills
Strong leadership and strategic thinking capability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools
