Senior Quantity Surveyor – Building and Interior Construction

Location: Addis Ababa, near Goro ICT Park Qualifications and Requirements BSc degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field. At least 3 years of relevant quantity surveying experience, preferably in building construction, renovation, or interior fit-out projects. Good understanding of construction materials, specifications, drawings, measurement methods, construction techniques, and finishing details. Practical knowledge of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation, cost estimation, rate analysis, tendering, valuation, variation assessment, and cost control. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD. Experience with quantity surveying software such as CostX, PlanSwift, or equivalent tools is an advantage. Strong analytical, numerical, negotiation, communication, and reporting skills. Attention to detail, integrity, and organizational skills. Ability to meet deadlines, manage competing priorities, and collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams. Willingness to conduct site measurements and inspections as required.
