Business Development Specialist (Chinese) Requirements Education: Matric Experience: 1–3 years of experience in the forwarding/clearing industry Fluent in Mandarin Chinese Excellent command of English, both written and verbal Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Good telephone communication skills and ability to handle client complaints Ability to build effective, long-term client relationships Good organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and use initiative High attention to detail Place of Work: Addis Ababa 2.
