Educational Qualification Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, or a related field. Work Experience Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant cashiering experience. Experience in manufacturing companies or retail sales outlets is an advantage. Experience with Maraki software is mandatory. Key Responsibilities Receive and process customer payments for products and services. Verify payments against invoices and approved sales documents. Issue official receipts and maintain accurate transaction records. Safeguard cash and deposit collections into designated bank accounts. Prepare daily cash collection and closing balance reports. Report cash shortages, irregularities, or suspected fraudulent transactions. Coordinate with Finance, Marketing, and Sales teams. Maintain organized records of receipts, invoices, and deposit slips. Required Skills Knowledge of cash management, accounting principles, and financial documentation. Proficiency in Maraki software. Ability to operate cash registers, calculators, and accounting systems. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic office applications.
