Sales Manager

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading, managing, and developing the sales team to achieve the company’s sales targets and revenue objectives. The position will oversee the end-to-end sales process, develop effective sales strategies, monitor market trends, build strong customer relationships, and ensure the achievement of individual and team sales targets. The Sales Manager will also play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, improving sales performance, and ensuring a professional and customer-focused sales experience. About You Job Summary Position Title: Sales Manager Duty Station: Addis Ababa Head Office Salary & Benefits: Negotiable, commensurate with qualifications and experience Duties and Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual real estate sales and revenue targets. Lead, manage, motivate, and coach the sales team to maximize individual and team performance. Monitor sales activities, leads, pipelines, conversion rates, and overall sales performance, providing regular reports to management. Generate new business opportunities and develop relationships with clients, brokers, agents, investors, and corporate customers. Oversee the full sales process, from lead generation and client engagement through negotiation, closing, and completion of sales. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and professional service. Analyze real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and recommend appropriate sales strategies. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while coordinating with Marketing, Finance, Legal, and other departments to support smooth and successful property transactions.
