Business Analysis Intern

About The Role We are seeking a motivated and analytical Business Analyst Intern to join our team. This internship is designed for students or recent graduates who are interested in analyzing business needs and helping transform them into practical software solutions. As a BA Intern, you will collaborate with product managers, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, prepare documentation, analyze business processes, and assist in planning effective solutions. You will gain valuable exposure to Agile methodologies, software development processes, and real-world project environments while developing your analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. This role provides an excellent opportunity to understand how technology and business requirements come together to create useful and effective digital products. What You Will Do Assist in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements. Support communication between stakeholders, developers, and designers. Help prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs). Participate in meetings, workshops, and requirement discussions. Analyze business processes and suggest improvements where applicable. Assist in creating process flows, diagrams, and documentation. Collaborate with QA teams to understand test cases and requirements validation. Assist in maintaining project documentation and user stories in Agile tools. Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Basic understanding of business processes and software development lifecycle (SDLC). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to understand and document requirements clearly. Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
