The role involves exposure to sales pipeline management, lead generation, client meetings, CRM, solution development, proposals, tenders, and client relationship building. Key Responsibilities Assist with sales pipeline activities and update CRM records. Support the identification and qualification of new leads through research, referrals, and networking. Participate in client meetings, needs assessments, and solution walkthroughs alongside senior staff. Learn and contribute to solution development and bid preparation processes. Help prepare proposals, presentations, and responses to client RFPs and RFIs. Collaborate with Presales, Tender, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects. Maintain accurate databases of prospective and current clients. Shadow senior account executives during negotiations, client relationship-building activities, and industry events. Qualifications and Requirements Fresh graduate with a background in Computer Engineering or Computer Science. Strong interest in IT solutions, including: IT infrastructure Networking Cybersecurity Software Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Willingness to learn CRM tools and customer relationship management practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated and eager to learn.
