Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
3+ years of experience in maintenance engineering, particularly in industrial automation or control systems.
Strong knowledge of industrial control systems, electrical/electronic components, and automation equipment.
Familiarity with SCADA, PLCs, HMI, and other automation systems.
Skills:
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of maintenance best practices and safety protocols.
Good project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficient in the use of tools and diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities
Preventative Maintenance:
Plan, schedule, and execute regular preventative maintenance tasks for equipment and systems.
Conduct regular inspections of machines, electrical systems, and automated controls to identify potential issues before they lead to failures.
Maintain and update maintenance records, including completed tasks and parts replaced.
Corrective Maintenance:
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and perform repairs to minimize operational disruptions.
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical faults, repair or replace faulty components, and restore systems to full functionality.
System Upgrades & Optimizations:
Assist in system upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption during installation.
Suggest and implement solutions for improving system reliability and efficiency.
Technical Support & Training:
Provide technical support to operations teams, ensuring optimal system and equipment performance.
Train team members on proper equipment handling and maintenance procedures.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Collaborate with the engineering and operations teams to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
Report on maintenance activities, system status, and any maintenance concerns.
Inventory Management:
Maintain an inventory of spare parts and tools required for maintenance activities.
Order and manage parts and supplies in collaboration with the procurement team.
