Enumerator – Insights Consults Plc Insights Consults Plc is hiring an Enumerator to support field-based data collection involving coffee farmers. The role involves conducting face-to-face interviews, collecting survey data, using GPS to locate farm locations, and submitting information electronically through CommCare. Job Summary The Enumerator will collect accurate and high-quality data from coffee farmers through face-to-face interviews. The successful candidate will use GPS coordinates to navigate to designated farm locations, record survey responses using CommCare, and communicate field challenges to the Field Coordinator. Position Details Position: Enumerator Company: Insights Consults Plc Job Type: Contract Work Arrangement: On-site Key Responsibilities Conduct face-to-face interviews with coffee farmers. Collect accurate and high-quality survey data. Navigate to specific farm locations using GPS coordinates. Record and submit survey data electronically using CommCare. Ensure collected data is submitted securely. Report field challenges to the Field Coordinator on a daily basis. Qualifications and Requirements Education BA/BSc degree in Agriculture, Social Sciences, Statistics, or a related field. Experience Prior experience in quantitative or qualitative data collection. Experience in agricultural surveys is preferred. Technical Skills Good knowledge of GPS usage is required. Previous experience with data collection software is highly advantageous. Experience using CommCare is particularly advantageous.
