Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a CBE birr position located in Adis Zemen. The responsibilities include managing day-to-day transactions related to the CBE Birr service, assisting customers in account-related inquiries, and ensuring smooth operations of digital payment systems. The role involves conducting promotional activities to onboard new users and working closely with team members to achieve service goals.
Qualifications
Knowledge and experience in financial services, with a focus on digital payment systems
Strong communication and customer service skills to assist clients effectively
Analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical or transactional issues
Understanding of sales and marketing strategies, particularly for onboarding new customers
Proficiency in relevant software and technological tools, including mobile payment applications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred
Proficiency in Amharic; English language skills are an advantage
Ability to work in a team, meet deadlines, and adapt to new technologies
