Henosis Saving and Credit Cooperative Society Ltd. (HSACCO) is a legally registered Savings and Credit Cooperative Society operating under the relevant Cooperative Bureau in Ethiopia. Internship-to-Hire Opportunity in Addis Ababa Henosis SACCO is recruiting 20 graduates for its 4th Round Internship-to-Hire Training Program in Addis Ababa. The program provides intensive training and practical exposure in SACCO operations, savings mobilization, sales techniques, member relations, communication, reporting, and performance evaluation. This is an internship-to-hire program. According to the vacancy announcement, trainees who successfully pass the training assessment and performance evaluation will be hired as staff members. Who Can Apply? This opportunity is specifically intended for 2026 graduates with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant business or finance-related field. Educational Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, Business, or related fields. Graduation year: 2026 only. Other Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Interest in sales, marketing, and member engagement. Good discipline, confidence, and teamwork. Ability to work under targets and in field conditions. Computer proficiency is an advantage. Training Areas Selected trainees will receive training and practical exposure in: SACCO foundations and professional mindset. Member relations and communication skills. Savings mobilization and sales techniques. SACCO operations. Reporting and performance evaluation. Training Duration The intensive training program will run for one week or more, according to Henosis SACCO's requirements. Key Responsibilities During and after the training, participants will be expected to: Build relationships with SACCO members and prospective clients. Mobilize savings and promote SACCO financial products and services. Conduct field outreach and awareness activities. Support member registration and account-opening processes. Maintain professional communication with members. Prepare daily and weekly savings-mobilization reports. Participate in financial literacy and promotional activities.
