You will run high-volume outbound outreach for a fast-growing healthcare technology company helping nursing homes and long-term care facilities connect with qualified staffing solutions. Your work will directly impact pipeline growth by booking discovery calls with directors of nursing, administrators, and other healthcare decision-makers across the U.S.

What you'll do
Conduct 130-150+ outbound calls daily to directors of nursing, administrators, and other decision-makers
Qualify prospects and book discovery or demo meetings based on internal criteria
Follow approved call scripts and messaging while maintaining a natural, conversational approach
Manage follow-ups and nurture interested prospects through the outreach process
Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking in Salesforce
Collaborate with leadership to improve messaging, call strategies, and conversion rates
Participate in role-plays, coaching sessions, and ongoing performance reviews
Share prospect feedback and market insights to strengthen outbound campaigns

What you need
1+ year of SDR or high-volume outbound sales experience
Proven ability to make 130-150+ calls per day while maintaining quality conversations
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with minimal accent
Ability to follow structured sales processes and scripts
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Comfortable working full-time U.S. Eastern Time hours
Strong resilience, consistency, and self-motivation
Nice to have
Experience selling into healthcare, nursing homes, or long-term care facilities
Experience using Dialpad or other cloud-based calling platforms
Familiarity with lead enrichment, prospecting, or AI-powered sales tools
Experience working remotely within structured SDR teams
Exposure to coaching programs, role-playing exercises, and performance-based sales environments
