1. Partnerships and Private Sector Engagement Manager

Key Requirements

Main Responsibilities
Develop partnership strategies and standard operating procedures.
Support a consistent approach to partnerships across the country and area offices.
Build and maintain relationships with civil society organisations, private-sector organisations, academia and public authorities.
Manage partnerships throughout the full partnership lifecycle.
Support partner identification, selection and due diligence.
Conduct or support partner capacity assessments.
Support partnership agreements and compliance processes.
Work with Specialists, Area Programme Managers, Project Managers and Finance teams on partnership-related matters.
Strengthen partner capacity and support localisation initiatives.
Ensure compliance with donor requirements, reporting deadlines and NRC procedures.
Provide strategic advice on partnership and private-sector engagement.
Facilitate knowledge and capacity sharing.
Support NRC's localisation objectives.

Provide information on legal rights and entitlements.
Provide legal counselling related to land, housing and property (HLP) issues.
Support participants in resolving land, housing and property issues.
Assist with ICLA and HLP-related training activities.
Support assessments, monitoring and profiling activities.
