Site Manager – Civil & Infrastructure Focus

EASE Engineering is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Site Manager to lead and coordinate site construction operations, with a strong focus on civil, structural, and infrastructure works. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage day-to-day civil and structural site activities. Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, schedules, and quality standards. Manage site engineers, foremen, supervisors, surveyors, and other site personnel. Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, machinery, and subcontractors. Monitor project progress and take corrective action to address delays and site challenges. Enforce HSE requirements, conduct safety inspections, and support risk management. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, procurement, and technical teams. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports and maintain site documentation. Support IPCs, variations, claims, and other contract administration activities. About You Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 8–10 years of relevant experience in civil, infrastructure, building, or large-scale construction projects. 3–5 years of experience in a site leadership/management role. Strong knowledge of civil and structural construction, site operations, and heavy equipment coordination. Good understanding of quality control, HSE, contract administration, and construction documentation. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project/construction management software. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
