Your Responsibilities Plan and conduct sales calls and meetings with existing and prospective customer accounts. Present the features, applications, and benefits of Esco products and services to customers. Support sales activities through product training, technical information, project and tender documentation, quotations, technical assistance, and joint customer visits. Implement sales and market-growth strategies aligned with the company’s business plan. Monitor and analyze sales performance, forecasts, opportunities, and pipelines for the assigned territory in collaboration with the Sales Manager. Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports to the Sales Manager. Support new product launches and execute promotional activities, including exhibitions, webinars, email campaigns, seminars, and product training. Review, translate, and localize marketing materials accurately when required. Conduct regular in-person and online product seminars and presentations. Gather customer feedback and market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing, and industry trends. Perform other related duties as assigned. What We Need from You Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biological Sciences, Medical Sciences, or a related discipline. One to three years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Previous sales, laboratory, or technical product experience is an advantage. Strong presentation, communication, and customer-service skills. Willingness to travel and conduct customer visits within the assigned territory.
