Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly creative, storyteller to craft compelling narratives that amplify our brand’s mission. You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to produce authentic, emotion-driven stories that resonate with our audience and inspire action You will interview stakeholders, translate complex ideas into captivating human-centered stories, and produce engaging multimedia content.
Key Responsibilities
Interviewing & Research: Conduct remote interviews with clients, team members, and stakeholders to uncover powerful, authentic personal narratives.
Content Creation: Draft and edit compelling content, including blog posts, case studies, newsletters, social media captions, and video scripts.
Creative Collaboration: Work alongside designers, videographers, and the broader marketing team to ensure visual assets align perfectly with the narrative.
Brand Voice & Strategy: Ensure all messaging remains consistent in tone, pacing, and style across all digital touchpoints.
Multimedia Production: Conceptualize and develop engaging, digital-first story formats (such as infographics, podcasts, or short-form videos).
Job Requirements
3-5 years of experience in brand storytelling, narrative journalism, content creation, or digital copywriting.
Must have an exceptional writing skill with the ability to turn complex concepts into accessible, human-centric stories.
Familiarity with creating multimedia content using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative suite, or WordPress.
Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage your time, meet tight deadlines, and work effectively in a remote environment.
A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of published storytelling formats (written, video, or audio)
