Required Qualifications and Experience: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field, with 5–7 years of relevant work experience; OR a master's degree with 4–6 years of relevant work experience. Relevant professional experience in organizational effectiveness, organization design, workforce planning, job architecture, job evaluation, and/or change management. Demonstrated experience supporting organizational change, restructuring, or transformation initiatives. Strong analytical, facilitation, project management, and stakeholder-influencing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for analysis, decision support, and executive communication.
