Build the Future of Restaurant Technology in Ethiopia Easymaz is building an on-premise sales and restaurant management system for Ethiopian restaurants. We’re hiring a full-time Operations & Field Support Coordinator in Addis Ababa. Monday–Friday | Full-time | Addis Ababa We’re looking for an energetic, reliable person who knows Addis well and can keep our office and day-to-day operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Open and organise the office each day. Coordinate cleaning, supplies and general office needs. Coordinate deliveries, couriers and logistics. Prepare and track equipment for restaurant installations. Visit restaurants when required and coordinate with restaurant staff. Help with basic on-site issues and escalate technical matters to the team. Maintain equipment and inventory records. Coordinate schedules, site visits and follow-ups. Keep the team informed about operational issues and priorities. Who We’re Looking For Excellent knowledge of Addis Ababa. Energetic, practical and highly reliable. Good communication skills in Amharic and English. Organised and good at following up. Comfortable travelling around Addis and visiting restaurants. Comfortable using a smartphone, WhatsApp, Google Maps and basic office software. Previous experience in operations, hospitality, logistics, customer service or administration is helpful. You do not need to be a software engineer. We care more about reliability, initiative and getting things done. Compensation ETB 15,000–20,000/month , depending on experience. Transport and necessary field expenses are covered. Easymaz is early-stage, founder-funded and currently has no revenue.
