Electrical Engineer Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia Salary: Negotiable Requirements At least 1 year of electrical experience at a site or factory. Ability to interpret electrical drawings and troubleshoot electrical issues independently. Familiarity with generators and distribution panels. Basic English proficiency, including the ability to recognize common technical terminology. Male applicants aged 25–40. Responsibilities Install, inspect, and maintain temporary power systems. Operate generators, transformers, and switchgear while maintaining equipment records. Guide local workers on safe wiring practices and address unsafe work practices. Prepare monthly plans for equipment inventory and consumables. Support Chinese engineers during power-on commissioning activities. 2. Finance Officer Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia Salary: Competitive salary plus expatriate allowance Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. At least 1 year of work experience in Ethiopia. Knowledge of Ethiopian tax, VAT, and labor laws. Strong banking relationship and communication skills. Fluent English. Responsibilities Manage daily accounting activities and tax filing in accordance with Ethiopian tax requirements. Handle payments, collections, and cash-flow management. Coordinate with banks on transfers, Letters of Credit (L/C), and foreign-exchange transactions. 3. Sales Manager Location: Addis Ababa / Nationwide, Ethiopia Salary & Benefits: Competitive basic salary plus performance bonus. Requirements Relevant work experience in the tricycle, BESS, and lithium battery industries. Fluency in spoken and written English is preferred. Existing customer resources in Ethiopia or the East African market are an advantage. Willingness to travel for business. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Responsibilities Develop sales strategies for tricycles, energy-storage solutions, and battery products. Manage dealers, government departments, and major customer channels. Monitor competitors in the industry and relevant local policies. Provide timely feedback on local market demand.
