This role is designed for a detail-oriented graduate who is eager to learn and contribute to accurate financial reporting, inventory management, and expense monitoring. Key Responsibilities Cost Monitoring: Track daily operating expenses across front-of-house and back-of-house activities, including food and beverage operations and utilities. Inventory Verification: Participate in physical stock counts, inventory audits, and variance analysis for hotel supplies and kitchen provisions. Data Entry and Reporting: Compile and enter financial data into cost-control spreadsheets and internal management systems. Wastage Control: Help monitor portion control, kitchen waste, and spoilage reports to improve cost efficiency while maintaining quality. Invoice Verification: Check supplier invoices against purchase orders and receiving records to ensure pricing accuracy. Qualifications and Requirements Applicants should meet the following requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. No prior work experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
