Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Brand Designer to shape, evolve, and own our company's visual identity. In this role, you will build scalable design systems, craft compelling visual assets, and establish brand guidelines that ensure a flawless, cohesive experience across all digital and physical touchpoints. As a brand designer, you will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to translate our core business objectives into visually engaging, pixel-perfect creative solutions.
Job Responsibilities
Develop, expand, and maintain our core visual identity systems, including logos, typography, color palettes, and imagery.
Create and update comprehensive brand guideline documents ensuring a cohesive presence across all channels (web, social, print, and presentations).
Design compelling, high-quality visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, sales decks, event launches, and social media.
Partner with the marketing and growth teams to develop landing pages, email templates, and advertising units that convert and align with visual standards.
Continuously research market trends and competitor visual strategies to keep our brand fresh, relevant, and engaging.
Job Requirements
3-5 years of professional experience in brand design, visual communication, or marketing design (preferably with a focus on tech, SaaS, or e-commerce).
A robust portfolio showcasing expertise in developing brand identity systems, layout design, typography, and marketing collateral.
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly present creative concepts and rationale to team members over video.
Ability to balance out-of-the-box creativity with a clear understanding of strategic business and brand objectives.
Experience with motion design (After Effects), video editing, or building web-based brand assets (Webflow/HTML)
