Finance and Operation Manager

VSO is seeking an experienced Finance & Operations Manager to provide effective grant financial management, risk management, compliance and donor reporting for a large consortium programme. The role will also oversee key operational areas including procurement, asset management and logistics. Key requirements: Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management or a related field; significant experience in donor-funded finance and grants management; experience managing large restricted grants of £5m+ annually ; strong budgeting, forecasting, compliance, audit and partner-management skills; advanced Excel and experience with SUN Systems/Q&A XL . ACCA, CPA or CIMA is highly desirable. We are looking for a strong collaborator and people manager with experience working across consortium partners and multiple stakeholders.
