Senior Strategy and Planning Officer Qualification: BA degree in one of the following fields:Business ManagementEconomicsBusiness AdministrationFinance and EconomicsMarketing ManagementAny other related fields Experience: 5 years of relevant banking experienceOf which, 2 years at officer position level Purpose of the Job: To provide expertise on organizational performance management, including the analysis and reporting of the Bank's performance against a range of indicators to measure its progress in achieving the strategy while aligning to the strategic vision and core objectives of the Bank.
