Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (with frequent travel to project sites across all regions of Ethiopia) Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Educational Technology, or another relevant field. A Master's degree in a relevant field is an advantage. Work Experience: 3–4 years of relevant professional experience in AI, software, systems, Educational Technology, or related roles. Demonstrated experience in software development, deployment, or support of ICT systems across multiple locations, preferably including field or low-connectivity environments. Proven experience designing and delivering digital skills and AI training or capacity-building programmes for adults, including teachers, school leaders, and technical staff. Additional Consideration: Candidates with less than 3 years of experience must demonstrate relevant volunteer or internship experience with a recognized organization, or outstanding academic performance and achievements during university studies.
