Job Summary
Our company Saria consultancy PLC is seeking an experienced and results-oriented
Health care Operation Services Manager
to coordinate and oversee daily hospital activities, ensuring efficient workflows, high-quality healthcare service delivery, effective departmental collaboration, and an excellent patient experience.
The successful candidate will serve as a key link between clinical, diagnostic, administrative, financial, and support departments, ensuring smooth patient flow, effective resource utilization, staff accountability, compliance with established procedures, and continuous improvement of hospital services.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily hospital activities to ensure effective collaboration among clinical, diagnostic, administrative, and support departments.
Monitor patient movement from registration and payment through consultation, diagnostic services, treatment, and discharge; identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
Work closely with doctors, nurses, laboratory, imaging/radiology, pharmacy, reception, cashier, finance, procurement, and other relevant departments to ensure timely service delivery.
Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, productivity, discipline, and performance; coordinate staff deployment and identify training and staffing needs.
Coordinate the availability of medical supplies, medications, equipment, and other essential resources while monitoring stock shortages, wastage, expired items, and inefficient utilization.
Monitor patient service standards, address complaints, follow up on feedback, and recommend improvements to patient satisfaction and service quality.
Coordinate with Finance and relevant departments to support accurate billing, revenue collection processes, cost control, and alignment with approved budgets.
Ensure adherence to company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), applicable healthcare regulations, safety requirements, and quality standards.
Monitor the proper use of operational systems, identify workflow inefficiencies, and support improvements in digital processes, documentation, and operational controls.
Track operational KPIs, prepare regular performance reports, and provide management with timely updates on patient volume, service delays, staffing, supplies, complaints, and operational challenges.
Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency, support the introduction of new services, coordinate approved improvement initiatives, and monitor their results.
Qualifications and Experience
Educational Background
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
A master's degree in a relevant field is an advantage.
Experience
Minimum of
8 years of relevant professional experience
, preferably in a hospital, diagnostic center, medical facility, or healthcare service organization. At least
4–5 years of supervisory or management experience
is preferred.
Practical understanding of hospital workflows, service quality, resource management, operational reporting, and performance monitoring.
