Kindergarten Director

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Educational Leadership, Pedagogy, or related fields.​Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a leadership or directorship role.​Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, manage and evaluate teaching staff, design play-based and age-appropriate curricula (KG1–KG3), communicate with parents, ensure child safety/welfare, and maintain regulatory compliance.​Key Skills: Strong leadership, child psychology knowledge, crisis management, fluent communication, patience, and organization.
