What you'll be doing: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Store Executive to join our culinary team They are responsible for managing inventory, overseeing customer service, and driving sales. They work closely with the store manager to develop strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction. The Store Executive also handles day-to-day operations, including opening and closing the store, managing cash registers, and maintaining store cleanliness. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee all aspects of the store's operations Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking Train and supervise store staff Handle customer complaints and resolve issues Maintain store cleanliness and organization Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Manage cash registers and handle financial transactions Prepare and analyze sales reports Stay up to date with industry trends and developments Qualifications Minimum of three years of experience as a Store Executive in the hospitality industry, preferably in the aviation sector (airport lounges, catering). Strong knowledge of store operations, procurement, and inventory management within F&B and hospitality environments. Familiarity with stock control procedures, purchasing processes, and supplier coordination. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage stock levels efficiently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with chefs, F&B teams, and suppliers. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Customer service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to ensuring seamless operations. Attention to detail and accuracy in stock tracking, storage conditions, and financial records. Proficiency in inventory management software and basic computer applications. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
