We’re looking for a smart, proactive, and highly communicative person to join our growing e-commerce team!
Your Role
Manage and grow social media pages (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Reach out to businesses (clothing, food, spices, coffee, and more) and onboard them to our platform
Respond to customer inquiries professionally (DMs, WhatsApp, comments)
Convert conversations into sales and partnerships
Build strong relationships with both customers and sellers
What We’re Looking For
Excellent English communication (very important)
Confident in sales and outreach
Active and experienced with social media platforms
Strong understanding of Ethiopian & Eritrean products and culture
Fast responder, organized, and self-driven
Bonus
Experience in social media management, customer support, or sales
Comfortable using WhatsApp and Instagram for business communication
