Finance Assistant Location: Humera, Ethiopia Application Deadline: October 11, 2026 Educational Requirements BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or another directly related field from a recognized university or higher education institution. Work Experience Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant finance or accounting experience. Previous experience with an NGO or humanitarian organization is an advantage. Experience in bookkeeping, cash management, and payment processing. Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics. Required Skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Strong financial, analytical, numerical, organizational, and planning skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment. Excellent English speaking, reading, and writing skills. Experience conducting protection monitoring or assessments using tools such as Kobo and ActivityInfo. Experience working with displaced or conflict-affected populations. Required Skills Strong data collection, analysis, reporting, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of Kobo and other data collection or analysis tools is desirable. Ability to work independently and effectively within a team.
