Property Management Manager

Job brief People First Consult is looking for a competent and experienced Property Management Manager on behalf of a diversified industrial company within a leading Ethiopian business group. The successful candidate will oversee the effective management, maintenance, administration, and utilization of company properties and facilities, ensuring asset protection, cost efficiency, safety, and operational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Oversee the management, maintenance, and administration of company-owned and leased properties. Develop maintenance plans, budgets, and property management procedures. Coordinate property inspections, repairs, and maintenance services to preserve asset value. Manage lease agreements, occupancy arrangements, property records, and relationships with tenants and service providers, as applicable. Ensure compliance with relevant property, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Monitor property-related expenditure and identify opportunities to improve asset utilization and reduce costs. Supervise property management personnel and external service providers. Qualifications And Experience Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. At least 6 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Proven experience in property administration, facilities management, maintenance coordination, or asset management. Experience managing industrial or commercial properties is an advantage. Strong organizational, negotiation, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.
