Program Project Manager

VSO Ethiopia is implementing i-Work program -Funded by Mastercard Foundation- across the three assigned clusters in Central Amhara, Eastern Amhara and Addis Ababa, ensuring gender-transformative, inclusive, and high-quality implementation that enables young women and other marginalised youth including youth with disabilities, refugees and internally displaced young people, to access internship opportunities, build agency and work readiness skills and improve their transition to work opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
