Store Keeper & Inventory Management Officer

Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and record all incoming goods.Store products safely and systematically.Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports.Issue materials and products according to approved requests.Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.Monitor stock levels and notify management when replenishment is needed.Ensure the warehouse/store is clean, organized, and secure.Label and arrange products for easy identification and retrieval.Verify delivery documents, invoices, and goods received.Coordinate with the purchasing and finance departments on inventory matters.Follow company policies, safety procedures, and inventory control standards.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.Job RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Store Keeper, Warehouse Assistant, or in inventory management (retail experience is an advantage).Knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.Good numerical and analytical abilities.High level of integrity, honesty, and attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Good communication and teamwork skills.Willingness to work flexible hours when required.Preferred QualificationsExperience in supermarkets, retail stores, or FMCG businesses.Familiarity with ERP or POS inventory systems.Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment is an added advantage.Required Skills – Store KeeperExcellent inventory and stock management skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.High attention to detail and accuracy.Good record-keeping and documentation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and inventory management software.Basic numerical and analytical skills.Ability to prepare inventory and stock reports.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, and integrity.Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Basic knowledge of warehouse safety and storage procedures.Physical ability to lift, move, and organize stock when necessary.Customer service skills (preferred in a retail environment).
