Company: ስተዲ ኢንተርናሽናል የትምህርት አማካሪ ኃላፊነቱ የተወሰነ የግል ማህበር (Study International Educational Consultancy PLC)Location: አድራሻ ቂርቆስ ክፍለ ከተማ ወረዳ አንድ (ደምበል ሲቲ ሴንተር አደባባይ አካባቢ)ABOUT THE ROLEStudy International Educational Consultancy PLC is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Call Centre Student Advisors. This is an office-based position focused on outbound telephone work. The successful candidate will contact prospective students by telephone to provide information and support throughout the admission and enrolment process.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Make outbound telephone calls to prospective students - Conduct needs assessments by telephone to understand educational goals and circumstances- Guide applicants through the application process, including form completion and document requirements- Track application progress and follow up with students via telephone- Maintain accurate records of all student interactions in the CRM system- Identify barriers to enrolment and offer practical solutions during calls- Work towards converting prospective students into registered students- Stay informed about academic programmes, admission policies, and financial aid optionsEDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS- Diploma in Business or a related field- Very good command of English (writing, listening, and speaking)- Ability to handle a high volume of outbound calls consistently- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills- Good problem-solving skills
